Your Privacy Choices
Last reviewed [effective date pending]
This page gathers the privacy choices California and other US state laws give you. For the full picture of what we collect and why, see our Privacy Policy.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We have no advertising business, we work with no data brokers, and we do not trade your data. Because there is no sale or sharing, there is nothing for you to opt out of, this choice is honored for every user, by default, all the time.
If we ever changed this, we would ask for your consent first and this page would carry a working opt-out control. To confirm your status or ask a question, contact privacy@ondurr.com.
Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information
Some optional profile fields can reveal sensitive information, your sexual orientation (which fields like tribes, position, or what you are looking for can imply) and, if you add it, health information such as HIV status. We only collect these with your explicit consent, asked separately from the Terms.
We already limit the use of this information to what is necessary to provide the Service: it is shown on your profile to the people you have chosen to show it to, and nothing else. We do not use it for advertising, we do not use it to infer other things about you, we do not feed it to analytics, and we never use it to train machine-learning models. HIV status and race are display-only, they are not used to filter or rank anyone.
You can withdraw at any time: open Settings and remove the field, or edit your profile to clear it, and we stop collecting and displaying it. You can also email privacy@ondurr.com.
Product analytics
We use privacy-friendly product analytics (PostHog) to understand how the app is used, with autocapture off and identifying parts of page addresses removed before anything leaves your browser. We do not use them for advertising and we do not sell the data. Analytics stay off until you accept, and you can change your mind here at any time.
Global Privacy Control (GPC)
Some browsers and extensions send a Global Privacy Control signal that automatically communicates your privacy preferences to the sites you visit. We honor it. When your browser sends a GPC signal, we do not load our product analytics for your session, regardless of any choice above. And because we do not sell or share your personal information, there is nothing further for the signal to opt you out of.
